Your work profile

• Provide functional support and maintenance for SAP IS-U processes and applications.
• Configure and support SAP IS-U functionalities, including:
• Customer Master Data Management
• Business Partner Management
• Contract Accounts Receivable & Payable (FI-CA)
• Device Management
• Meter Reading
• Billing and Invoicing
• Move-In / Move-Out Processes
• Customer Service and Contract Management
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Support end-to-end customer lifecycle and billing processes.
• Resolve production support issues, incidents, and service requests within defined SLAs.
• Collaborate with business users to optimize customer service and revenue management processes.
• Participate in system testing, SIT, UAT, regression testing, and deployment activities.
• Work closely with SAP FICO, SD, PM, MM, and technical teams to support integrated business processes.
• Prepare functional documents, configuration documentation, test scripts, and training materials.
• Support data migration, master data management, and process compliance initiatives.
• Contribute to SAP S/4HANA transformation, upgrades, and continuous improvement programs.
• Ensure adherence to audit, regulatory, and organizational compliance requirements.

Key skills required

• Strong experience in SAP IS-U configuration and support.
• Hands-on knowledge of:
• Business Partner and Customer Management
• Contract Accounts (FI-CA)
• Device and Meter Management
• Meter Reading Processes
• Energy/Oil & Gas Billing and Invoicing
• Customer Move-In/Move-Out Processes
• Payment Processing and Collections
• Customer Service Management
• Understanding of utility and energy sector business processes.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Utilities and Customer Management solutions is preferred.
• Experience in incident management, enhancement requests, and change management processes.
• Understanding of SAP integration with:
• SAP FICO
• SAP SD
• SAP PM
• SAP CRM/CX solutions (preferred)

Functional Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience in process documentation and functional specification development.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and global teams.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• SAP IS-U Certification preferred.
• Experience in Oil & Gas, Energy, Utilities, or Customer Billing Operations is highly desirable.
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, or digital transformation programs is an advantage.
• Familiarity with large-scale customer service, billing, and revenue management environments.
