Your work profile

·      We are looking for a skilled Project Management and Monitoring Specialist with experience in project monitoring, evaluation, and reporting.

Key skills required: 

·      Minimum 8 years professional experience in project monitoring, evaluation, and reporting, preferably in government programs, water supply, rural development, or infrastructure projects.

·      Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing monitoring frameworks, evaluation studies, and impact assessments.

·      Hands-on experience in using M&E tools and methodologies (Logical Framework, Theory of Change, KPIs, Results- Based Monitoring).

·      Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and interpretation (quantitative and qualitative methods).

·      Proficiency in MIS platforms, data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau/Excel), and statistical software

·      Proven track record in preparing evaluation reports, dashboards, and knowledge products for decision-making.

·      Experience in capacity building of stakeholders in monitoring and evaluation practices.

·      Preference will be given for having Experience in working with PHE Department / Rural water Supply Department of State Govt or DDWS of Central Govt.

Qualifications

·      Post-Graduate degree in Management / Economics / Statistics / Social Sciences / Engineering / Rural Development / Public Policy/MCA or related fields

·      Additional certification/training in Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E), Project Management, or Data Analytics will be an added advantage.
