Your work profile

·      We are looking for a skilled Data Analytics and MIS Specialist with professional experience in data management, analytics, and MIS development

Key skills required: 

·      Minimum 5 years of professional experience in data management, analytics, and MIS development, preferably in government programs, water supply, rural development, or infrastructure projects.

·      Hands-on experience in handling large datasets, data cleaning, validation, and developing dashboards for monitoring and reporting.

·      Strong proficiency in database management systems

·      Experience in designing and maintaining MIS systems to support program monitoring, evaluation, and decision making.

·      Ability to generate real-time insights and analytical reports to support policy and operational decisions.

·      Experience in capacity building of field staff and officials on MIS reporting tools and analytical methods.

·      Preference will be given for having Experience in working with PHE Department / Rural water Supply Department of State Govt or DDWS of Central Govt.

Qualifications

·      Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Data Science /Computer Application/ Statistics / Mathematics / Engineering / BBA (IT & System) or equivalent with specialization in IT/Analytics) is desirable.
