Your work profile
As an Associate Director in our HR Transformation team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations:
- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Fusion HCM solutions to meet organizational HR and business needs.
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Stay current with Oracle Fusion HCM updates, industry trends, and best practices to recommend innovative solutions.
- Oversee configuration, customization, integration, and testing of Oracle Fusion HCM modules such as Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, Absence Management, and Recruitment.
Desired qualifications/ skills
- Experience: 12–18 years in Oracle applications, with at least 5+ years in Oracle Fusion Cloud (HCM).
- Architecture Expertise: Proven experience in defining large-scale Oracle Fusion solution architectures and integrations with third-party systems.
- Strong understanding of atleast 4 modules of Oracle Fusion HCM , Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Security, and Data Migration.
- Experience with multi-pillar Oracle Cloud implementations (ERP + HCM or ERP + SCM).
- Knowledge of global design, localization, and multi-entity deployment strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Oracle certification(s) in Fusion Cloud architecture or relevant modules preferred.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- PMP / TOGAF certification is an added advantage.
- Minimum 3 years in a leadership role managing Oracle Fusion HCM projects.
- Strategic thinker with a strong delivery mindset.
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional global teams.
- Strong business acumen and ability to bridge business and technology.
- Passion for innovation and excellence in enterprise solution architecture.
