Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain GIS applications, web maps, dashboards, and geospatial tools.

Manage and analyze spatial data using GIS platforms such as ArcGIS, QGIS, or similar tools.

Design, update, and maintain geodatabases and spatial data repositories.

Integrate GIS solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, and databases.

Perform spatial analysis, data processing, and map generation for business requirements.

Develop scripts and automation workflows using Python, JavaScript, SQL, or related technologies.

Ensure data quality, accuracy, and compliance with GIS standards.

Collaborate with planners, engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver geospatial solutions.

Troubleshoot and optimize GIS applications and spatial databases.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in GIS, Geography, Computer Science, Geoinformatics, Engineering, or a related field.

1-3 years of experience in GIS application development or geospatial data management.

Proficiency in ArcGIS, ArcGIS Enterprise/Online, QGIS, or similar GIS platforms.

Experience with Python, JavaScript, SQL, and GIS APIs/SDKs.

Knowledge of spatial databases such as PostgreSQL/PostGIS, SQL Server Spatial, or Oracle Spatial.

Understanding of geospatial data formats, coordinate systems, and spatial analysis techniques.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with web GIS development (Leaflet, OpenLayers, ArcGIS JavaScript API).

Familiarity with cloud platforms and geospatial data services.

Exposure to remote sensing and geospatial data processing workflows.
