Job Title: Consultant – Oracle Fusion P2P/O2C

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Oracle Fusion P2P/O2C Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Procurement and Payables modules, strong understanding of end-to-end Procure-to-Pay/Order to cash processes, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion Procurement and Payables solutions, order management and Receivables solution.
• Configure and implement Oracle Fusion modules such as Procurement, Self Service Procurement, Purchasing, Supplier Portal, Inventory, Accounts Payable, order management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Participate in design workshops, solution design, documentation, and testing activities.
• Provide end-user support, conduct training sessions, and resolve functional issues.
• Support data migration, integrations with third-party applications, and UAT.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, deliverables, and best practices.
• Work with technical teams for customizations, reports, and interfaces development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion P2P/O2C modules
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Procurement modules (Purchasing, SQM, Supplier Portal, etc.) and Order Management
• Good understanding of P2P/O2C cycle and financial accounting impact.
• Experience in at least one end-to-end Oracle Cloud ERP implementation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Oracle Cloud Certification in Procurement/Order Management or Financials.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Expenses and integration touchpoints with other modules.
• Exposure to tools like OTBI, BIP, or FBDI.
