Position TitleConsultant – Process & Project ManagementLocationOn-site / Client location (as per project requirement)Engagement TypeFull-time, project-based deploymentRole PurposeThe Consultant will support the implementation, monitoring, and optimization of large-scale process-driven programs, including digital systems and operational workflows. The role focuses on ensuring effective project execution, compliance adherence, and coordination among multiple stakeholders.Key Responsibilities1. Project & Process ManagementSupport planning, execution, and monitoring of end-to-end project lifecycle activities.Develop and maintain project plans, trackers, dashboards, and MIS reports.Assist in designing and standardizing process workflows, templates, and documentation.2. Stakeholder CoordinationCoordinate with internal teams, client stakeholders, and external vendors/implementation partners.Gather and document business requirements and translate them into actionable deliverables.3. Monitoring & ComplianceTrack project progress against defined milestones, SLAs, and quality standards.Conduct compliance checks and validate deliverables against requirements.Identify process gaps, risks, and issues, and recommend mitigation measures.4. Documentation & ReportingPrepare periodic progress reports, presentations, and status updates.Maintain documentation including issue trackers, checklists, compliance logs, and review artefacts.5. Analytical & MIS SupportPerform data analysis and generate insights to support decision-making.Develop and maintain management information systems (MIS) and reporting frameworks.Qualification & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Engineering (e.g., IT/Computer Science) / MCA / MBA / PGDBM or equivalent.Minimum 5 years of overall experience, with at least 2 years in project management, consulting, or process improvement roles.Experience in technology-enabled projects or large-scale operational programs is preferred.Preferred ExperienceExposure to public sector, large enterprise, or program management environments.Experience working with system implementation lifecycle, digital platforms, or workflow automation.Familiarity with compliance monitoring, audit processes, and reporting frameworks.Key Skills & CompetenciesProject management and executionProcess design and continuous improvementStakeholder management and coordinationData analysis and MIS reportingStrong communication and documentation skillsProblem-solving and attention to detailWorking RequirementsWillingness to work from client/project location as required.Ability to collaborate with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.Compliance & Governance RequirementsAdherence to organizational policies on confidentiality, data protection, and professional conduct.Compliance with project governance frameworks, reporting standards, and audit requirements.Deployment will be subject to internal staffing policies and project-specific contractual obligations.
