Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated Consultant to join our growing team. As a Consultant in Process Bionics Team , you will lead process optimization initiatives. You will collaborate with clients to analyze, design, and enhance business processes by integrating data sources, building dashboards, and delivering data-driven insights. Your role will be essential in enabling clients to streamline their operations, monitor process performance, and achieve long-term efficiency goals.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead Process Optimization Initiatives: Utilize SAP Signavio Process Manager and Process Intelligence to model, analyze, and optimize complex business processes. Design optimized workflows that meet client objectives and industry best practices.
· Data Integration and Visualization: Integrate SAP Signavio Process Intelligence with multiple data sources to generate valuable insights. Create interactive dashboards and visualizations that provide real-time process performance monitoring and support decision-making.
· Process Performance Analysis: Apply strong analytical skills to assess current business processes using Process Intelligence. Identify opportunities for improvement and design workflows that optimize operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance performance.
· Client Collaboration and Requirements Gathering: Work closely with clients to understand their business goals, challenges, and requirements. Guide them in the effective use of Signavio’s tools and ensure solutions are tailored to their unique needs.
· Lead and Support Implementation: Oversee the deployment and integration of process management solutions. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth implementation and provide ongoing support as needed.
· Process Documentation and Reporting: Gather and document business requirements, ensure alignment with project goals, and generate detailed reports on process performance and improvement outcomes.
· Knowledge Sharing and Best Practices: Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, provide guidance to junior team members, and support the development of best practices for process management across the organization.
Qualifications:
· 5-8 years of hands-on experience in business process analysis and optimization.
· Strong proficiency in SAP Signavio Process Manager and Process Intelligence, with a demonstrated ability to model, analyze, and enhance business processes.
· Experience in integrating SAP Signavio Process Intelligence with multiple data sources to create actionable insights and visually compelling dashboards for monitoring process performance.
· Solid understanding of process management methodologies such as BPMN and DMN and the ability to apply these frameworks to design optimized workflows.
· Certifications in BPMN, Lean Six Sigma, or other relevant process management methodologies.
· Experience working in Agile project environments or with project management tools.
· Familiarity with additional tools for process mining and automation.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess business processes using Process Intelligence and drive improvements.
· Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of working effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
· A degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
