Your work profile
- As a SAP Document Management System (DMS) Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, integration, and enhancement of enterprise document management solutions within SAP landscapes.
- Should be responsible for managing digital document lifecycle processes, document repositories, workflow integrations, content management, records management, and compliance requirements across business functions. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, SAP functional teams, and technical teams to enable efficient document storage, retrieval, security, and governance.
- Should possess experience in SAP DMS, OpenText or Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions, workflow integration, and document-driven business processes.
- SAP DMS Implementation & Configuration - Participate in SAP DMS implementation, upgrade, migration, and support projects.
- Gather business requirements and prepare functional design documents.
- Configure SAP Document Management System to support business processes.
- Define and manage: Document Types, Document Number Ranges, Status Profiles, Classification Systems, Document Version Management
- Authorization Controls, Support document lifecycle management from creation to archival.

- Key skills required
- 3–6 years of SAP consulting experience.
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Document Management System (DMS).
- Experience in SAP implementation, rollout, or support projects.
- Experience in document lifecycle management and enterprise content management solutions.
- Exposure to regulated industries such as Utilities, Manufacturing, Infrastructure, Energy, or Public Sector is preferred.
- SAP Certification in SAP DMS, SAP S/4HANA, or related SAP modules preferred.
- OpenText or ECM certifications will be an added advantage.
- Graduate degree (Science or Engineering) – B.Sc ( I.T), B.Sc ( Computer Science ) , B.E/B.Tech or MBA
