Manager – Oracle Fusion (Technical Lead)

 

Work you’ll do

 

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager – Oracle Fusion Technical Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of strong technical expertise in Oracle Fusion applications and will be responsible for leading the technical team, delivering high-quality solutions, and providing strategic guidance on Oracle Cloud implementations. This role involves active participation in project planning, requirement analysis, technical design, development, and deployment.

 

Required Skill

 

  • Lead the Oracle Fusion technical team across multiple modules (Finance, SCM, etc.) and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Collaborate with functional leads, business stakeholders, and project managers to gather technical requirements and propose robust solutions.
  • Design, develop, and implement customizations, extensions, integrations (OIC, SOA, REST/SOAP APIs), and reports (BI Publisher, OTBI) in Oracle Cloud.
  • Oversee data migration and conversion processes, including FBDI, ADFdi, HDL, and other tools.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot technical issues and work on performance tuning and optimization.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation to meet client expectations.
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers and team members.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Participate in client workshops, solution demonstrations, and user training sessions.
  • Maintain documentation, technical design specs, and support artifacts for solutions delivered.

 

Preferred skills

 

  • 8+ years of overall experience with at least 4+ years in Oracle Fusion Cloud technical roles.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in:
  • Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
  • BI Publisher, OTBI, FRS reports
  • Oracle Cloud data migration tools (FBDI, HDL, ADFdi)
  • REST/SOAP web services and APIs
  • Proficient in PaaS extensions using Oracle VBCS, PCS, or APEX.
  • Experience in Fusion security and role-based access control (RBAC).
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and debugging skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

 

Qualification

  • Oracle Cloud certification(s) in relevant technical areas.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum project delivery models.
  • Exposure to DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines for Oracle Cloud deployments.
