End-to-End MDM Solution Delivery:Design, develop, and implement end-to-end Master Data Management solutions using Informatica MDM (Multidomain) and Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC).Drive MDM lifecycle implementation from requirements gathering to deployment and support.Build and manage Customer, Product, and Vendor master domains.MDM Architecture:Define and implement scalable MDM architectures (On-Prem, Cloud, or Hybrid).Design integration architecture involving MDM, upstream (ERP/CRM), and downstream consuming systems.Ensure alignment with enterprise data strategy and governance frameworks.Data Modeling:Develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models for master data entities.Define entity relationships, hierarchies, cross-reference models, and golden record structures.Implement flexible data models supporting multiple domains and business rules.Match & Merge:Configure and optimize match & merge rules including deterministic and probabilistic matching.Design survivorship rules and trust frameworks to establish golden records.Ensure high-quality deduplication and data consolidation processes.Informatica Data Quality (IDQ):Develop data profiling, validation, standardization, and cleansing rules.Implement data quality scorecards and monitoring frameworks.Integrate IDQ with MDM workflows for real-time and batch data quality enforcement.Big Data Management (BDM):Develop and manage BDM mappings and workflows for large-scale data processing.Implement data ingestion, transformation, and enrichment pipelines using big data platforms.Optimize performance for high-volume data environments (Hadoop/Spark ecosystems).IDMC (Cloud Capabilities):Utilize IDMC services for:Cloud Data Integration (CDI/IICS)Cloud MDMData Quality and GovernanceSupport cloud migration initiatives from on-prem MDM to IDMC.Integration & APIs:Design and develop integration services using SIF, APIs, and web services (REST/SOAP).Enable real-time and batch data synchronization across enterprise systems.Data Governance & Stewardship:Define and support data governance processes and workflows.Enable data stewardship and data issue management frameworks.Collaborate with business users and governance teams.Performance Optimization & Support:Optimize MDM batch jobs, match processes, and data loads.Troubleshoot and resolve data, performance, and integration issues.Ensure system scalability and reliability.Required Skills:Technical SkillsStrong hands-on experience in:Informatica MDM (Hub, ORS, SIF, Match & Merge)Informatica IDMC / Cloud MDMInformatica Data Quality (IDQ)Informatica BDM (Big Data Management)PowerCenter / IICS (Cloud Data Integration)Expertise in:Data modeling and data architectureMatch & Merge strategiesETL/ELT processesAdditional Skills:Strong SQL and database skills (Oracle/SQL Server, etc.)Experience with Hadoop, Spark, or Data Lake platformsKnowledge of API-based integrationsFunctional Expertise:Experience in Master Data domains:CustomerProductSupplier/VendorUnderstanding of:Data governanceData quality frameworksGolden record managementExperience:5–12+ years of experience in MDM/Data Management.Proven experience delivering end-to-end MDM implementations.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in cloud migration (On-prem to IDMC).Knowledge of Informatica Axon / EDC (Data Governance tools).Informatica certifications (MDM, IDQ, IDMC) are a plus.Key Deliverables:MDM Architecture & Solution DesignData Models and Entity StructuresMatch & Merge ConfigurationsData Quality Rules and ReportsIntegration Pipelines and APIsGolden Record & Governance Framework
