Your work profile
· Lead end-to-end SAP PP implementations, rollouts, and enhancements across industries.
· Conduct requirement gathering workshops with business stakeholders to understand manufacturing and production planning processes.
· Design and configure SAP PP module, including MRP, demand management, capacity planning, and shop floor control.
· Configure SAP PP master data such as Bill of Materials (BOM), Work Centers, Routings, and Production Versions.
· Manage production order lifecycle including creation, release, execution, confirmation, and goods receipt.
· Ensure seamless integration with MM, SD, QM, FI/CO, and other SAP modules.
· Drive solution design, prepare functional specifications, and collaborate with technical teams for RICEF development.
· Lead testing phases (Unit Testing, SIT, UAT), defect resolution, and go-live/hypercare support.
· Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend best practices aligned with SAP S/4HANA.
· Manage stakeholder communication, solution walkthroughs, and design approvals.
· Mentor junior consultants and oversee delivery quality and timelines.
· Contribute to practice development, knowledge building, and capability enhancement initiatives.
Key skills required
· 8–10 years of SAP experience with strong expertise in SAP Production Planning (PP).
· Hands-on experience in 3–5 full lifecycle SAP implementations, preferably in S/4HANA environments.
· Strong understanding of:
o Material Requirement Planning (MRP)
o Demand Management & Capacity Planning
o Production Order Processing
o Shop Floor Control
o Master Data (BOM, Routing, Work Centers, Production Versions)
· Experience in integration with MM, SD, QM, and FI/CO modules.
· Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes (discrete/repetitive/process industries).
· Experience in SAP S/4HANA PP and PP/DS is highly preferred.
· Ability to create functional specifications and collaborate with ABAP teams.
· Experience in data migration, testing, and post go-live support.
· Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and Agile tools (Jira/Confluence) preferred.
· Strong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
· Prior consulting experience in client-facing roles preferred.
