Your work Profile.

• Review and release freight work orders after validating key parameters such as rate contracts, routes, quantities, and transporter details, etc
• Ensure all work orders are backed by approved rate contracts, purchase orders, and necessary internal approvals
• Perform pre- and post-release checks to identify discrepancies, control gaps, or potential risks in freight transactions
• Monitor adherence to agreed freight rate cards and highlight deviations for corrective action
• Conduct periodic audits of freight transactions, including rate validation, duplicate payments, and compliance with SOPs
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to strengthen internal controls
• Prepare audit observations, reports, and dashboards for management review

Key skills required.

• B. Com (H), Pursuing CA, MBA or equivalent
• Relevant certifications (CIA, CISA, etc.) will be an added advantage
• Strong understanding of audit methodologies, internal controls, and risk assessment
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes
• Experience in SAP or other ERP systems preferred
• Analytical thinking with strong attention to detail
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work under tight timelines and handle multiple assignments
