Job Title:  Senior Consultant | Digital Government | Kolkata | Operations, Industry & Domain Solutions

As a consultant, this role will work with Government clients to enable technology-driven reforms, enhance digital service delivery, and support the implementation of innovative e-Governance initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of policy, strategy, and technology, directly impacting governance and public service outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in designing and implementing digital transformation strategies for government departments and agencies.
2. Conduct needs assessments (As-Is), stakeholder consultations, and process reviews to identify areas for IT interventions and improvements.
3. Prepare project reports (To-Be), RFPs, DPRs, and functional requirement specifications (FRS) for government ICT initiatives.
4. Support the monitoring and evaluation of IT system implementations including vendor coordination and quality assurance.
5. Conduct research and benchmarking studies on technology adoption in public administration.
6. Work with cross-functional teams to support policy implementation and capacity-building initiatives for government clients.
7. Liaise with government officials, technical teams, and other stakeholders to drive project milestones and deliverables.
8. Support change management efforts including training, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
