Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Oracle Fusion Financials Senior Consultant to lead and support Oracle Cloud Financials implementations and support engagements. The ideal candidate will have deep functional expertise in Oracle Fusion modules, a strong understanding of finance processes, and the ability to guide clients through digital finance transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud Financials implementations, upgrades, and support engagements.
  • Engage with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into system configurations and solutions.
  • Configure and provide functional expertise across Fusion modules including:
  • General Ledger (GL)
  • Accounts Payables (AP)
  • Accounts Receivables (AR)
  • Fixed Assets (FA)
  • Cash Management
  • Expense Management
  • Tax and Intercompany Accounting
  • Drive workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and fit-gap analysis.
  • Provide guidance to consultants and junior team members, ensuring best practices in solution delivery.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for integrations (OIC/REST), extensions, and reports (BI Publisher, OTBI).
  • Support month-end/year-end financial activities, reconciliations, and close processes.
  • Deliver high-quality documentation – BR100, MD50, test scripts, and user manuals.
  • Participate in pre-sales activities and solution demos, if needed.

Required Skills:

  • 5–8 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Financials, with at least 2+ end-to-end implementations.
  • Strong domain knowledge of financial accounting, procure-to-pay, and order-to-cash cycles.
  • Proficiency in business process design, data migration, and cutover strategies.
  • Ability to troubleshoot functional issues and provide scalable, long-term solutions.
  • Experience in working with multi-org, multi-currency, and global rollouts.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Oracle Cloud Financials Certification (GL, AP, AR, FA, etc.).
  • Knowledge of PaaS extensions, OIC-based integrations, or FBDI/ADFDI tools.
  • Experience in Agile delivery models or Oracle Unified Methodology (OUM).
