Your work profile

• Support and lead SAP FICO implementations, rollouts, and enhancement projects.
• Gather and analyze business requirements related to finance and controlling processes.
• Configure SAP FI modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Bank Accounting.
• Configure SAP CO components such as Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profit Center Accounting, and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA).
• Ensure integration of SAP FICO with MM, SD, PP, and other modules for seamless financial transactions.
• Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for RICEF developments.
• Participate in testing cycles (Unit Testing, SIT, UAT), defect management, and resolution.
• Support financial closing processes, reporting, and audit requirements.
• Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Conduct end-user training and prepare process documentation/user manuals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure adherence to SAP best practices.

Key skills required

• 6-8 years of SAP experience with strong expertise in SAP FICO (FI & CO)
• Hands-on experience in 2-3 full lifecycle SAP implementations, including rollout and support projects.
• Strong understanding of: Financial Accounting (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting), Controlling (Cost Centers, Profit Centers, Internal Orders, CO-PA), Financial Closing & Reporting
• Experience in integration with MM, SD, PP, and other SAP modules.
• Strong knowledge of finance processes such as Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C).
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance (Universal Journal preferred).
• Ability to prepare functional specifications and work with ABAP teams.
• Experience in data migration, testing, and support activities.
• Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and Agile tools (Jira/Confluence) preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Prior consulting/client-facing experience preferred.
• Graduate degree (Science or Engineering) – B.Sc ( I.T), B.Sc ( Computer science ) , B.E/B.Tech or MBA ( Finance) , CA ( preferred), CMA
