Your work profile

·      Support and lead SAP FICO implementations, rollouts, and enhancement projects.

·      Gather and analyze business requirements related to finance and controlling processes.

·      Configure SAP FI modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Bank Accounting.

·      Configure SAP CO components such as Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profit Center Accounting, and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA).

·      Ensure integration of SAP FICO with MM, SD, PP, and other modules for seamless financial transactions.

·      Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for RICEF developments.

·      Participate in testing cycles (Unit Testing, SIT, UAT), defect management, and resolution.

·      Support financial closing processes, reporting, and audit requirements.

·      Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement initiatives.

·      Conduct end-user training and prepare process documentation/user manuals.

·      Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure adherence to SAP best practices.

Key skills required

·      6-8 years of SAP experience with strong expertise in SAP FICO (FI & CO).

·      Hands-on experience in 2-3 full lifecycle SAP implementations, including rollout and support projects.

·      Strong understanding of:

·      Financial Accounting (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting)

·      Controlling (Cost Centers, Profit Centers, Internal Orders, CO-PA)

·      Financial Closing & Reporting

·      Experience in integration with MM, SD, PP, and other SAP modules.

·      Strong knowledge of finance processes such as Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C).

·      Experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance (Universal Journal preferred).

·      Ability to prepare functional specifications and work with ABAP teams.

·      Experience in data migration, testing, and support activities.

·      Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and Agile tools (Jira/Confluence) preferred.

·      Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

·      Prior consulting/client-facing experience preferred.

• Education - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
