Your work profile

·      Lead and support SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) implementations, rollouts, and enhancements.

·      Conduct requirement gathering workshops with business stakeholders for maintenance processes, asset management, and service operations.

·      Design and configure SAP PM components including maintenance planning, notifications, work orders, equipment, and functional locations.

·      Drive preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance processes within SAP PM.

·      Manage work order lifecycle including creation, scheduling, execution, and closure.

·      Configure maintenance plans, task lists, measuring points, and calibration processes.

·      Ensure integration of SAP PM with MM, FI/CO, SD, and PP modules for seamless operations.

·      Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for RICEF objects.

·      Support testing phases (Unit Testing, SIT, UAT), defect resolution, and go-live activities.

·      Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations.

·      Develop user documentation, SOPs, and conduct end-user training sessions.

·      Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure adherence to SAP best practices.

Key skills required

·      6-8 years of SAP experience with strong expertise in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).

·      Hands-on experience in 2-3 full lifecycle SAP implementations, including rollout and support projects.

·      Strong understanding of:

·      Maintenance Planning & Scheduling

·      Work Order Management & Notifications

·      Equipment & Functional Location Master Data

·      Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance

·      Maintenance BOMs, Task Lists, Measuring Points

·      Experience in integration with MM, FI/CO, SD, and PP modules.

·      Strong knowledge of asset lifecycle management and maintenance processes.

·      Experience in SAP S/4HANA PM/EAM implementations is preferred.

·      Ability to prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP teams.

·      Hands-on experience in data migration, testing, and hypercare support.

·      Exposure to Agile/Activate methodology and tools like Jira/Confluence preferred.

·      Strong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.

·      Prior experience in consulting/client-facing roles is preferred.
