The team

As a member of the Operation, Industry and domain solutions team you will embark on an exciting and fulfilling journey with a group of intelligent and innovative globally aware individuals.

We work in conjuncture with various institutions solving key business problems across a broad-spectrum roles and functions, all set against the backdrop of constant industry change.

We are looking for an AI/ML expert with a consulting mindset and hands-on experience in conceptualizing and advising AI/ML/Deep Learning solutions, use cases, etc. particularly in the domain of NLP, Agentic AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).

Your work profile

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT architecture, solution delivery, or related fields, with a strong track record of successful project delivery.
• Proven experience in leading and delivering large-scale, complex technical projects.
• Strong knowledge of architectural frameworks, cloud technologies, microservices, and enterprise systems.
• Experience with Agile, DevOps, or other modern project delivery methodologies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Expertise in one or more of the following technologies: [Insert relevant technologies, e.g., AWS, Azure, Java, .NET, etc.].

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Design: Lead the design and architecture of complex technical solutions based on business requirements, ensuring scalability, security, performance, and maintainability.
• Delivery Oversight: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of solutions, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Stakeholder Management: Engage with clients and internal teams to understand business objectives, define project scope, and ensure alignment with solution delivery.
• Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, technical leads, developers, and other stakeholders to drive the successful execution of projects.
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, mentoring junior team members and ensuring best practices in solution design and implementation.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and roadblocks in the delivery process and proactively address them to mitigate delays or quality issues.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to continuously improve solution delivery and internal processes.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that the delivered solutions meet performance, security, and compliance standards, as well as any other client-specific requirements.
