Your work profile
Responsibilities:
• 6 to 8+ years of experience in leading and managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance &
operation support project as SCM Sr Consultant.
• Work collaboratively with other functional & technical project team members to ensure
successful & timely implementation.
• Experience of rollouts, deployments, upgrade, Data migration, data management and
FastTrack go-live assessment.
• Ensure seamless data flow between financial modules and other business processes.
• Manage aspects of finance-related projects, including timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Experience of handling a team
• Experience on 4-5 end to end D365 implementation.
• Ability to identify risks, issues, find solution and plan/manage them.
• Good at client interactions, able to set & manage stakeholder expectation.
• Good presentation and communication skills.
• Flexible with work hours. Should be okay with Onsite-Offshore Global Delivery Model and
Travel (if required)
• Knowledge and experience in dealing with end-to-end Business Central implementations.
• Data gathering, preparation, and import into Business Central.
• Configuration of Business Central to meet customer requirements.
• Carry out trainings (UAT Sessions) for clients and internal.
• Provide technical advice for the sales team and be involved in the pre-sales activities when
required as a technical expert.
• Undertake presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Experience with localization requirements over a diverse range of countries/fiscal
requirements
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
• Ability to effectively work in a cross-functional team environment including business and
product development, supply chain and procurement processes, and execution dependencies.

• Can work with stakeholders to deliver key and informative reporting.

Primary Skillsets: Business Central knowledge is mandatory,implementation in Business
Central,no support candidates atleast candidate should have 1 implementation in
financial supply chain. Need to have 2016 version experience atleast.
Secondary Skillset: Experience with localization requirements over a diverse range of
countries/fiscal requirements

Desired qualifications
• Education: bachelor’s degree in B Tech, MCA and Software Engineering, or a related field.
Advanced degrees are a plus.
Experience: 6+ years of experience in software development.

• Base location: PAN India
• This profile involves occasional travelling to client locations OR this profile does not involve
extensive travel for work.
