As a Manager in our SAP Team, you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -
SAP MM Professional should have:
- SAP MM experience with at least 9+ years of relevant experience in the related skill with Public Cloud experience.
- Lead SAP MM implementation, rollout, and support projects across geographies.
- Own the design and configuration of SAP MM processes including:
- Procurement (PR, PO, RFQ, Source List, Info Records)
- Inventory Management (Goods Receipt/Issue, Transfer Posting)
- Material Master, Vendor Master, Valuation, Pricing, and Invoice Verification
- Release strategy, Batch Management, Serial Numbering
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams like SD, PP, WM, FI, and PM for seamless integration.
- Conduct business workshops, requirement gathering, and fit-gap analysis.
- Define and document business processes and system architecture.
- Lead data migration activities related to materials, vendors, and inventory.
- Create and review functional specifications for developments and reports.
- Support testing, training, cutover planning, and hypercare phases.
- Mentor junior consultants and ensure delivery quality.
- Provide subject matter expertise on MM-related issues and drive process improvements.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 10–15 years of hands-on experience in SAP MM, with at least 2 end-to-end implementation projects in a lead role.
- Strong functional knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
- Deep understanding of SAP MM integration with SAP FI, SD, PP, WM, and Ariba.
- Experience with S/4HANA (greenfield or brownfield) is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Fiori apps and SAP best practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication, team leadership, and stakeholder management capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP S/4HANA MM Certification is preferred.
- Experience with subcontracting, consignment, stock transport orders, and intercompany scenarios.
- Domain knowledge in manufacturing, utilities, or retail is a plus.
- Exposure to Agile/Hybrid delivery methodologies.
Desired qualifications
- Graduate degree in B.E / B.Tech.
- 5 to 11 years of relevant experience in a management or consulting-oriented environment.
- Experience in power utilities project experience in India.
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
- Willingness to travel for short- and long-term durations
