proposed]

Key Responsibilities:
- Development and Customization:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy ABAP programs to support the SAP HR module.
- Customize and enhance HR-related functionality in SAP, including personnel administration, payroll, time management, organizational management, and employee benefits.
- Technical Support:
- Provide ongoing support for the SAP HR system, troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.
- Monitor the performance of HR systems, ensuring optimal performance and stability.
- Integration:
- Work on system integrations between SAP HR and other modules (e.g., SAP FI, MM, etc.), and external systems as required (e.g., third-party payroll systems, time-tracking tools).
- Reports and Interfaces:
- Develop custom reports, forms (e.g., SAP Smart Forms, Adobe Forms), and interfaces related to HR data.
- Implement batch jobs, background processing, and data transfers between SAP HR and other systems.
- Testing and Documentation:
- Conduct unit testing, performance testing, and code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Maintain clear documentation of technical specifications, designs, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with HR teams, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand HR processes and translate them into technical solutions.
- Communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders to ensure requirements are accurately understood and implemented.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 8+ years of proven experience in ABAP programming with a focus on SAP HR modules (HR-PY, HR-MA, OM, PA, etc.).
- Solid experience in developing SAP HR reports, workflows, and custom enhancements.
- Familiarity with HR-related processes such as payroll, benefits, time management, and personnel administration.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of ABAP (including object-oriented ABAP).
- Experience with SAP HR-specific tools such as SAP Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, and HR Infotypes.
- Familiarity with SAP Fiori and integration technologies like Web Services, ALE, IDocs, and BAPIs.
- Good understanding of SAP HR configuration, tables, and structures.
- Problem-Solving:
- Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues in SAP HR systems.
- Communication:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and external vendors.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- SAP certification in ABAP or HR modules is a plus.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and cloud-based HR solutions is a plus.
- Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations as they apply to HR data.
