Role Summary

Lead the design, build, and operational excellence of integrations between SAP and non‑SAP systems using SAP Process Integration/Process Orchestration (PI/PO), You’ll partner with business and technical stakeholders to deliver reliable, secure, and performant integrations, and coach teams in best practices and accelerators.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the integration lifecycle: discover, design, develop, test, deploy, and operate end‑to‑end integration scenarios across A2A/B2B, synchronous/asynchronous patterns (IDoc/RFC/HTTP/SOAP/REST/SFTP/AS2).
• Design & build in PI/PO: ESR design (DT/MT/SI), message mappings (graphical/XSLT/UDF/Java), adapter configuration, routing & error handling; performance tuning and monitoring.
• Quality assurance: Plan and execute unit, component, integration and UAT; create and maintain technical specs, configuration guides, and runbooks.
• Stakeholder collaboration: work closely with functional teams (SD/MM/FI/CO/PP, etc.), onshore/offshore delivery, and client IT to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Production support: monitor interfaces, troubleshoot incidents, perform root‑cause analysis, implement permanent fixes, and drive continuous optimization/TCO reduction.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science/IT/Engineering (or equivalent) and 6–10+ years of relevant experience with 5+ years deep PI/PO delivery; strong hands‑on mapping/adapters and integration patterns.
• Proven PI/PO expertise: IDoc, RFC, Proxy, SOAP/REST adapters; mapping (Graphical/XSLT/UDF/Java); ESR/IB configuration; performance tuning; interface monitoring.
• Strong analytical problem‑solving, documentation, and communication skills; ability to work in distributed teams and fast‑paced environments.
