Role Overview
- B.Tech / BE / MCA or other equivalent.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, enterprise application development, solution architecture, or technology consulting.
- Proven experience leading technology delivery for large-scale enterprise, government, financial, or transaction-processing platforms.
- Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot or other open source technology with substantial experience designing enterprise-grade REST APIs and microservices.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture patterns, distributed systems, service decomposition, API management, integration architecture, and non-functional requirements.
- Strong experience with PostgreSQL or comparable relational databases, including data architecture, performance considerations, transactional integrity, and complex business workflows.
- Experience designing systems involving high transaction volumes, financial controls, auditability, reconciliation, workflow management, and regulatory or policy-driven requirements.
- Experience leading architecture/design reviews and making decisions involving scalability, availability, security, maintainability, integration, and performance.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple technical teams, technical leads, architects, or engineering workstreams.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder-management skills, including experience engaging senior business or government stakeholders.
