Your work profile

Lead and manage application development and digital transformation initiatives for the Silpasathi State Single Window project, with a focus on web applications, API integrations, CMS platforms and Government digital services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development, enhancement and integration of the Silpasathi portal.
• Coordinate with Government stakeholders, System Integrators and development teams.
• Provide technical oversight for Node.js, React.js and Drupal-based applications.
• Review FRS/SRS, technical architecture, APIs, workflows and development deliverables.
• Manage UAT, deployment, production support and issue resolution.
• Lead API/system integrations and onboarding of G2B/G2G services.
• Monitor project timelines, application performance, risks and deliverables.
• Prepare project status reports and presentations for senior stakeholders

Educational Qualification

• B.E./B.Tech./MCA/M.Tech. in Computer Science, IT or related discipline.
• MBA/PGDM preferred.

Experience

• 10+ years in software development, IT consulting or digital transformation.
• 6+ years in software/project leadership, preferably in Government/Public Sector.
• Strong experience in Node.js, React.js, Drupal, REST APIs and web application development.
• Experience managing development teams/System Integrators and technology projects.
• Government/eGovernance, Single Window and G2B/G2G experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Agile, DevOps, cloud, databases and application security is an advantage.
