Your work profile

EoDB Specialist (Technology Consultant) 

The EoDB Specialist (Technology Consultant) will be responsible for planning, implementation and monitoring of Ease of Doing Business reforms across relevant departments. The role shall focus on -

• Business process re-engineering, regulatory simplification, digitisation and integration of business-related approvals and services.
• Coordinate with departmental senior level State officials, nodal officers, district authorities and other stakeholders to resolve implementation bottlenecks and ensure timely delivery of reforms.
• Monitor key performance indicators, service timelines, entrepreneur queries / grievances and reform outcomes, and provide regular reports and recommendations to the competent authority.
• Support continuous improvement of the State’s investment facilitation and business regulatory ecosystem.

Educational Qualification:

• B.E./B.Tech./MCA/M.Tech or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• MBA or PGD in Business Management / Finance / Economics (Preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Implementation of reforms, policy drafting, evidence preparation under Business Reform Action Plan and Compliance Reduction & Deregulation
• Prepare Departmental actionable as per requirement of BRAP, Compliance Reduction exercise etc.
• Identify areas of new reforms, simplification of existing processes and compliances
• Management of State level Single window portal
• Monitoring performance of the Single window system, data analysis & reporting
• Define workflow / architecture for application development and system integration with Departmental portal
• Support the PMU in technical reviews, risk assessment, issue resolution, stakeholder discussions, and preparation of reports & presentations.
• Experience aligned with DPIIT-led reforms will be an added advantage

Experience:

• 10+ years of total experience in delivering eGovernance projects for G2B, G2C services
• 6+ years of experience in Government Advisory / Public Sector consulting
• Proven experience of working with State / Central Government projects
• Strong exposure in eGovernance projects in EoDB Domain
• Ability to handle multi-department coordination and reporting / presentation to senior government stakeholders
• Proficiency in advanced MS Excel (dashboards, MIS, analytics)
