Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Consultant with 5 to 8 years of experience in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services (BODS) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in data integration, migration, and transformation, with hands-on expertise in BODS design and architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

• BODS Design and Architecture: Lead the design and architecture of BODS solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry best practices.
• Technical Documentation: Prepare comprehensive Technical Specification documents to guide development and implementation processes.
• Data Integration: Develop real-time interfaces using IDOC, BAPI, and other SAP applications with BODS to facilitate seamless data integration.
• Data Migration Projects: Manage end-to-end data migration projects, including data profiling, cleansing, and validation activities.
• SQL Proficiency: Utilize advanced SQL skills to perform complex data manipulations and ensure data integrity.
• BODS Installation and Configuration: Oversee the installation and configuration of BODS environments, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and project managers, to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Client Interaction: Engage with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction with deliverables.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Professional Experience: 5 to 8 years of experience in SAP BODS, with a proven track record in data integration and migration projects.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in BODS design and architecture.
• Hands-on experience with real-time interfaces like IDOC and BAPI.
• Strong command of SQL for data manipulation.
• Experience in data migration projects with end-to-end implementation.
• Familiarity with SAP systems as source and target platforms.
• Knowledge of Data Warehousing concepts and schema formation.
• Experience with BODS scheduling and Management Console.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SAP S/4 HANA and BW/4 HANA.
