five years of work

experience.

Should have prior ISU project implementation experience.

Technical Development and Customization:

• Design, develop, and maintain SAP ABAP objects for the CRM module, including RICEF (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms).
• Develop and enhance BAdIs, BAPIs, and User Exits in CRM-specific business processes.
• Customize CRM Web UI components, BSP applications, and GENIL/BOL programming.

CRM Module Expertise:

• Provide technical support for CRM functionalities, including Interaction Center, Sales, Marketing, and Service modules.
• Work on CRM middleware to ensure seamless data synchronization between CRM and other SAP or non-SAP systems.
• Debug and resolve technical issues in CRM business transactions, pricing, and order management.

Integration and Interface Development:

• Develop interfaces using IDocs, Web Services, and RFCs to integrate CRM with SAP ECC or other external systems.
• Handle CRM middleware setup and troubleshooting for data exchange.
• Work with SAP PI/PO or other middleware platforms to implement robust integrations.

Testing and Performance Optimization:

• Conduct unit testing and assist in integration and user acceptance testing.
• Optimize CRM ABAP code for performance and scalability.
