 The Team Deloitte’s Technology & Transformation practice can help you uncover and unlock the value buried deep inside vast amounts of data. Our global network provides strategic guidance and implementation services to help companies manage data from disparate sources and convert it into accurate, actionable information that can support fact-driven decision-making and generate an insight-driven advantage. Our practice addresses the continuum of opportunities in business intelligence & visualization, data management, performance management and next-generation analytics and technologies, including big data, cloud, cognitive and machine learning.      

 Your work profile:

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design and implement generative AI solutions that address complex business challenges
• Assist in developing scalable AI architectures leveraging large language models (LLMs), transformers, and related GenAI technologies
• Support cloud infrastructure setup and optimization on AWS, Azure, or GCP for AI workloads, including containerization with Docker and Kubernetes
• Translate AI research and prototypes into robust, production-ready solutions following best practices in MLOps and model lifecycle management
• Participate in defining AI governance, security, and compliance frameworks in collaboration with architects and leadership
• Develop reusable AI components, integration patterns, and deployment templates to accelerate client delivery
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to technical knowledge sharing within the team
• Stay current with the latest advances in generative AI, NLP, and cloud AI services to continually improve solution offerings
• 4-7 years experience in AI/ML solution design, software engineering, or AI architecture roles, with demonstrable GenAI project exposure
• Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face)
• Working knowledge of infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation) and container orchestration (Kubernetes)
• Excellent client-facing skills, with the ability to communicate complex AI concepts effectively to diverse stakeholders
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or related technical field preferred

Location and way of working:

• Base location: Pan India
• This profile involves occasional travelling to client locations.
