Job Title: Associate Director | Oracle Fusion Maintainence Cloud | Lucknow | Oracle
Oracle EBS Finance will lead the delivery, implementation, enhancement, and support of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Finance solutions. The role requires strong functional expertise, stakeholder management, delivery leadership, and the ability to drive digital transformation initiatives across global finance organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Oracle EBS Finance implementation, upgrade, rollout, and support engagements.
- Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring quality, timelines, budget, and customer satisfaction.
- Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders and executive leadership on Oracle Finance solutions.
- Lead solution design workshops and define scalable Oracle EBS Finance architectures.
- Drive process improvements and standardization across Finance functions.
- Manage large global delivery teams comprising functional consultants, technical consultants, and project managers.
- Oversee project governance, risk management, resource planning, and financial performance.
- Review and approve functional design documents, solution architecture, testing strategy, and deployment plans.
- Collaborate with technical teams for customizations, integrations, reporting, and data migration.
- Support pre-sales activities, including solutioning, estimations, proposal preparation, and client presentations.
- Mentor team members and build organizational capability in Oracle Finance.
Functional Expertise
Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS Finance modules, including:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Fixed Assets (FA)
- Cash Management (CM)
- E-Business Tax (EBTax)
- iExpenses
- Purchasing and Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
- Order-to-Cash (O2C)
- Financial Reporting and Period Close
Required Skills
- Extensive experience in Oracle EBS R12 Finance.
- Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes.
- Experience leading global implementation and AMS engagements.
- Knowledge of Oracle AIM/OUM implementation methodologies.
- Experience with integrations, reporting tools, and data migration.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong leadership, people management, and client relationship skills.
- Experience in delivery governance, project financials, and resource management.
Preferred Qualifications
- CA, CMA, MBA (Finance), M.Com, or equivalent qualification.
- Oracle Finance Functional Certification (preferred).
- Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP Finance is an added advantage.
