Contract Expert:
Graduate from a recognized University.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, contract management; experience with government tendering and GeM procurement in Govt. of UP or Govt. of India, PSU of Govt. of UP or Govt. of India.
• Sound knowledge of the Cooperative Societies Act & Rules, contract/tender law and GeM / State procurement guidelines.
• Experience in drafting and vetting RFPs, contracts, MoUs and SLAs.
• System Integrators/vendors coordination and management
• Ability to advise on dispute resolution, arbitration and Contractual risk mitigation
