Key Responsibilities:

1. Export Strategy Development:
2. Formulate a comprehensive roadmap for agri-export growth aligned with state and national policies.
3. Identify high-potential commodities and geographies for export diversification.
4. Market Linkages & Value Chain Integration:
5. Facilitate partnerships between farmers, FPOs, processors, and exporters.
6. Develop mechanisms for connecting producers with domestic and global buyers.
7. Policy & Regulatory Support:
8. Advise on policy reforms to ease export processes and compliance.
9. Coordinate with APEDA, DGFT, Customs, and other agencies for enabling export infrastructure.
10. Infrastructure & Logistics Enablement:
11. Assess and recommend improvements in cold chain, pack houses, and logistics hubs.
12. Support development of export-oriented clusters and agri-processing zones.
13. Capacity Building & Promotion:
14. Organize training for FPOs and exporters on quality standards, certifications, and global market trends.
15. Drive branding and marketing initiatives for UP agri-products in international markets.
16. Monitoring & Reporting:
17. Track export performance metrics and prepare periodic progress reports.
18. Provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Preferred Expertise:

• Familiarity with APEDA schemes, export incentives, and international quality standards (Global GAP, HACCP).
• Experience in developing export clusters and facilitating trade fairs or buyer-seller meets.
