- Lead end‑to‑end digital transformation initiatives for government agencies
- Manage multi‑stakeholder relation, coordinating with regulators, industry bodies, and system integrators to ensure data‑driven execution and governance
- Define functional and business requirements, develop REOI/RFPs, evaluate bids, and onboard optimal technology partners for scalable digital solutions
- Apply AI, Big Data, and advanced analytics to improve operational efficiency, safety, monitoring, and performance across industrial and government systems
- Drive Ease of Doing Business (EoDB) reforms
- Support investment promotion and industrial development by leveraging digital platforms, global benchmarking, and data‑enabled decision frameworks
- Prepare policy frameworks, cabinet notes, executive briefings, and strategy documents for senior government and CXO stakeholders
- Lead international stakeholder engagement, including CXO‑level interactions, MOUs, and cross‑border collaborations supported by digital enablement
- Continuously benchmark global best practices and platforms to inform next‑generation digital governance solutions
