Job Title: Senior Consultant – Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Manufacturing

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Manufacturing Consultant to implement, configure, and support Oracle E-Business Suite Manufacturing modules. The consultant will work closely with production, planning, supply chain, and finance teams to deliver efficient manufacturing and planning solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support Oracle EBS Manufacturing modules including:
• Bills of Material (BOM)
• Work in Process (WIP)
• Cost Management (CST)
• Engineering (ENG)
• Inventory (INV)
• Quality (QA) (if applicable)
• Support end-to-end manufacturing business processes:
• Discrete manufacturing
• Repetitive manufacturing (if applicable)
• Configure manufacturing setups such as:
• Items, BOMs, routings, and resources
• Work orders and shop floor controls
• Cost types, cost elements, and overheads
• Integrate Manufacturing modules with:
• Planning (MRP / ASCP)
• Procurement (PO)
• Order Management (OM)
• Finance (GL, WIP accounting)
• Perform cost rollups, variance analysis, and period close activities
• Gather and document business requirements (BRD, MD050, setup documents)
• Conduct unit testing, system testing, UAT, and production support
• Collaborate with technical teams on RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms, Workflows)
• Troubleshoot manufacturing, costing, and inventory transaction issues
• Provide end-user training and post-go-live support

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or related field
• 5–8+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS Manufacturing modules
• Strong understanding of manufacturing and costing business processes
• Experience with Oracle EBS R12 (preferred)
• Knowledge of WIP accounting, inventory valuation, and costing methods
• Experience in multi-org manufacturing environments
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle EBS Manufacturing certification
• Experience with Standard, Average, or Actual costing
• Exposure to ASCP / MRP planning modules
• Experience in automotive, engineering, FMCG, or industrial manufacturing domains
• Exposure to Oracle Manufacturing Cloud (Fusion SCM) is a plus
