Job Title:  Senior Consultant | EBS SCM | Lucknow | Oracle

The Order-to-Cash (O2C) Functional Consultant is responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing ERP solutions, and supporting the implementation, enhancement, and optimization of Order-to-Cash processes. The role requires strong functional expertise in sales order management, pricing, shipping, invoicing, receivables, and customer management while working closely with business users and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for O2C processes.
  • Design and configure ERP solutions to support end-to-end Order-to-Cash operations.
  • Conduct solution workshops and prepare functional design documents.
  • Configure and support Order Management, Pricing, Shipping, Inventory, Receivables, and Customer Master modules.
  • Perform functional testing, integration testing, UAT support, and defect resolution.
  • Coordinate with technical teams for integrations, reports, interfaces, conversions, and customizations.
  • Support data migration and master data validation activities.
  • Provide production support, issue analysis, root cause identification, and resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with business processes, internal controls, and project governance.
  • Prepare user documentation, SOPs, and conduct end-user training.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Logistics.

  • Experience with interfaces, reporting, and data migration.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional and global teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • ERP certification (Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion Cloud, SAP S/4HANA, or equivalent) is preferred.
  • Experience with Agile or Waterfall delivery methodologies is an added advantage.
