Your work profile

• We are looking for a Consultant / Senior Consultant with strong understanding of Global Capability Centre advisory and business transformation.
• The ideal candidate will bring a consulting mindset, combining strategy, execution, operational design, ecosystem partnerships, and organizational transformation initiatives.

Key skills required: 

• 8+ years of experience in IT / GCC sector
• Hands-on experience in investment promotion & facilitation, engaging with multiple stakeholders
•  Exposure to government projects (state/central) will be an added advantage
• Graduate in any proficiency - B.Sc / BE / BTech.
• Master’s in business administration (MBA)
• Have experience across Consulting, Corporate strategy, GCC/GBS advisory / Technology Sectors
• Experience in the IT & ITES/ GCC industry, with understanding of technology ecosystem, and investment promotion
• Experience in stakeholder coordination with GCCs, industry associations, investors, and ecosystem players
• Ability to support strategy development, implementation monitoring, and sector growth initiatives for the GCC sector
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/master’s degree in fields like Marketing or Operations or related field
