Your work profile

• We are looking for a Consultant / Senior Consultant with strong understanding of Global Capability Centre advisory and business transformation.
• The ideal candidate will bring a consulting mindset, combining strategy, execution, operational design, ecosystem partnerships, and organizational transformation initiatives.

Key skills required: 

• Drive investment promotion initiatives to attract Global Capability Centres (GCCs) / Global Business Services / IT/ITeS companies across business functions. The role involves active engagement with government bodies, global investors, and industry stakeholders to position the region as a preferred investment destination.

  Key Responsibilities & Requirements

  • Lead investor outreach and engagement to attract GCCs / Global Business Services / IT/ITeS firms
  • Manage stakeholder relationships across government, industry bodies, and private sector
  • Organize and support roadshows, investor meetings, and promotion activities
  • Contribute to strengthening the GCC ecosystem and regional value proposition
  • 8+ years of experience in GCC / GBS / Investment Promotion
  • Proven experience in investor outreach, deal facilitation, stakeholder management, investor aftercare, and roadshows
  • Understanding of the GCC ecosystem, operating models, and expansion strategies
  • Experience of working on State/Central government projects preferred
  • Ability to engage confidently with CXOs and global investors
  • Experience working with industry associations / think tanks such as CII, NASSCOM, FICCI, NITI Aayog

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/master’s degree in fields like Marketing or Operations or related field
