Your work profile
- Oracle Fusion Technical Development
Design, develop, and deploy technical solutions across Oracle Fusion components, including BI Publisher (BIP), Oracle APEX, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
Customize and extend reporting and integration capabilities in line with business and functional requirements. - Reporting & Data Engineering
Develop and enhance BI Publisher reports, including data templates, layouts, and bursting configurations.
Perform data extraction, transformation, and modeling using SQL and PL/SQL to support accurate and efficient reporting. - Integration & Custom Solutions
Build and manage integrations using OIC, enabling seamless data flow between Oracle Fusion and external systems.
Develop APEX-based applications to extend Oracle Fusion capabilities where required. - Technical Analysis & Collaboration
Work closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
Ensure accurate data representation and alignment with business processes. - Testing & Quality Assurance
Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Ensure high-quality deliverables with a focus on performance, scalability, and data accuracy. - Production Support & Optimization
Provide ongoing support for production environments, including troubleshooting, bug fixes, and change requests.
Optimize report performance and resolve data or system-related issues in a timely manner. - Documentation & Standards
Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all developed solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards
Key skills required
- Oracle Fusion Technologies: BI Publisher (BIP), Oracle APEX, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Programming: SQL, PL/SQL
- Reporting & Analytics: Data modeling, report design, layout configuration
- Integration: API-based integrations, data orchestration using OIC
- ERP Knowledge: Oracle Fusion Finance (GL, AP, AR, FA), SCM (preferred)
- Testing & QA: Unit testing, integration testing, UAT support
- Support & Optimization: Performance tuning, issue resolution
- Collaboration: Functional coordination, requirement analysis
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion technical components (BIP, APEX, OIC)
- Strong proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL
- Experience supporting and enhancing Oracle Fusion ERP environments
- Oracle certifications (preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
