Your work profile

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient SAP technical solutions.
• Design, develop, test, and support SAP ABAP objects across implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support engagements.
• Develop and maintain RICEFW objects, including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows.
• Create and support custom developments using Object-Oriented ABAP (OOABAP), BAPIs, BAdIs, User Exits, Customer Exits, Enhancement Framework, RFCs, IDocs, and ALE technologies.
• Design and develop reports including Classical Reports, Interactive Reports, and ALV Reports to meet business reporting requirements.
• Develop and maintain output management solutions using Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, and SAP Scripts.
• Build and support integrations between SAP and external applications using IDocs, RFCs, ALE, Web Services, and API-based interfaces.
• Perform debugging, root cause analysis, code optimization, and performance tuning to ensure application stability and efficiency.
• Prepare technical specifications, development documentation, unit test results, and deployment artifacts.
• Collaborate with functional consultants across MM, SD, FICO, PP, EWM, and other SAP modules to deliver integrated business solutions.
• Support SIT, UAT, deployment, cutover, go-live, and post-production support activities.
• Ensure compliance with SAP development standards, quality guidelines, and best practices.

Key Requirements

• 2-4 years of hands-on SAP ABAP development experience.
• Strong expertise in ABAP Programming, Object-Oriented ABAP (OOABAP), Data Dictionary, Module Pool Programming, and ALV Reporting.
• Hands-on experience with Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, SAP Scripts, and Workflow developments.
• Strong knowledge of BAPIs, BAdIs, User Exits, Customer Exits, Enhancement Framework, RFCs, IDocs, and ALE technologies.
• Experience in developing and supporting RICEFW objects across SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Good understanding of SAP integration concepts, technical architecture, and development lifecycle processes.
• Experience in debugging, performance tuning, technical troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA development concepts including CDS Views, OData Services, AMDP, SAP Fiori integration, and RAP Framework is preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP BTP, SAP Business Application Studio (BAS), and SAP Integration Suite (CPI) will be an added advantage.
• Experience working on implementation, rollout, enhancement, and AMS support projects.
• Familiarity with SAP Activate, Agile delivery methodologies, and DevOps practices is desirable.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment with functional and technical teams.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• SAP ABAP certification is preferred.
• SAP S/4HANA Technical certification will be an added advantage.
• Exposure to cloud-based SAP solutions, integrations, and modern SAP development frameworks is desirable.
• Experience across industries such as Manufacturing, Retail, FMCG, Consumer Goods, Automotive, Healthcare, or Pharmaceuticals will be an advantage.
