Job Title:  Analyst | SAP BPA | Mumbai | SAP

Role Overview

We are seeking a junior SAP BPA Consultant with around 2 years of hands‑on experience in workflow automation, basic RPA development, and process digitization using SAP Build Process Automation on SAP BTP.

The role supports automation development across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Retail functions.

Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ Automation Development

• Assist in designing and developing automation workflows
• Build basic RPA bots using SAP Build Process Automation
• Create forms, approval steps, and decision logic
• Configure S/4HANA Flexible Workflows under senior guidance

2️⃣ Integration Support

• Work with APIs and OData services for workflow triggers
• Collaborate with integration teams (CPI/API) to connect systems
• Support event-based automation scenarios

3️⃣ Process Documentation

• Document AS-IS and TO-BE processes
• Prepare technical specifications, flow diagrams, and test scripts

4️⃣ Testing & Deployment

• Perform unit testing and UAT preparation
• Monitor workflows and bots post-deployment
• Troubleshoot issues and apply fixes

5️⃣ Stakeholder Interaction

• Work with business users to understand simple automation needs
• Provide demos and walkthroughs of developed automations
• Support workshops for automation discovery

Required Skills

• ~2 years of SAP experience (BTP / Workflow / RPA)
• Hands-on exposure to:
• SAP Build Process Automation
• Workflow development
• Basic RPA bot creation
• Understanding of:
• APIs & OData
• SAP BTP basics
• BPMN modeling concepts
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Any Graduate
