Your work profile

• Provide day-to-day functional support for SAP FICO processes and business users across SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, service requests, and production support issues related to SAP FI and CO modules.
• Support configuration and maintenance of core Finance and Controlling processes, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Bank Accounting, Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Internal Orders, and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA).
• Assist in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Support account reconciliations, financial reporting activities, and audit-related requirements.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for enhancements, reports, and process improvements.
• Prepare functional specifications for minor enhancements, reports, interfaces, and support developments.
• Coordinate with ABAP and technical teams for issue resolution, testing, and implementation of approved changes.
• Participate in System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management, and validation activities.
• Support master data maintenance, data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities during projects and business change initiatives.
• Prepare and maintain process documentation, test scripts, training materials, and knowledge repositories.
• Ensure compliance with finance controls, audit requirements, internal policies, and SAP best practices.
• Collaborate with MM, SD, and other cross-functional teams to support end-to-end business processes and integrations.

Key Requirements

• 2-4 years of hands-on SAP FICO experience in implementation, enhancement, or production support environments.
• Good understanding of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) business processes.
• Knowledge of General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Bank Accounting, Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Internal Orders, and CO-PA.
• Experience supporting financial closing, reconciliation, reporting, and audit processes.
• Hands-on experience in incident management, production support, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.
• Understanding of SAP integration with MM and SD modules.
• Exposure to SAP configuration, testing activities, change requests, and enhancement support.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA Finance concepts, including Universal Journal (ACDOCA), New GL, and SAP Fiori applications, is preferred.
• Exposure to implementation, rollout, enhancement, or AMS support projects is an advantage.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ticketing tools is desirable.
• Basic understanding of IFRS, GAAP, financial controls, and accounting principles is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, customer-focused, and fast-paced environment.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• MBA (Finance), CA Inter, CMA Inter, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification will be an added advantage.
• SAP FICO certification is preferred.
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA Finance, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Agile, ITIL, or related technologies will be an added advantage.
• Experience in industries such as Manufacturing, Retail, FMCG, Consumer Goods, Banking, Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, or Financial Services is desirable.
