Your work profile:

Expertise and prior work experience in technical accounting (either audit or advisory) is a must
-
Industry work experience in financial reporting team would also be suitable provided either IND AS or IFRS is applicable

Experience into Statutory audit of BFSI clients

Must be able to apply relevant accounting standards, independently execute Ind AS engagements while also researching into complex technical accounting issues.

Should have or should be able to prepare Ind AS/ IFRS/ US GAAP compliant financial statements including consolidated financial statements.

Should demonstrate knowledge of applicable laws and regulations and keep up to date with new pronouncements relating to Ind AS/ IFRS/ US GAAP.

Strong communication skills, team building capabilities, well versed with MS office too
Key skills required:

0-2 years with Qualified CA with not more than 4 attempts in CA Final.

Should be a team player with a proactive and result oriented approach. Ability to prioritize, work on multiple assignments, and manage ambiguity

Should have good presentation & communication skills. Should also be well versed with MS Excel and handling volume of data.

Ability to present point of view/ findings using MS power point/ report writing tools.

Should be open and honest in communication with clients and colleagues.

Should be willing to lead in conducting business case analysis

Work may require extensive travel to client sites for project work
