Your work profile

We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Manager to join our Forensic & Financial Crime practice. In this role, you will support investigations, fraud risk assessments, regulatory reviews, and forensic engagements across industries. You will work closely with clients and engagement teams to identify risks, analyze complex data, and deliver actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute forensic investigations, fraud risk assessments, and financial crime engagements.
• Analyze financial records, business processes, transactional data, and supporting documentation.
• Conduct research using public sources, databases, and industry intelligence.
• Identify fraud, misconduct, and compliance risks, and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Manage client interactions and coordinate engagement activities effectively.
• Contribute to business development initiatives and knowledge-sharing activities.

Key skills required: 

• CA, CPA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent professional qualification.
• 0 to 1 years of experience in Forensic, Internal Audit, Risk Advisory, Compliance, or Investigations.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and AI- based analysis tools.
• Ability to communicate and inter-personal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
