Job Title: Assistant Manager | Happiness | Mumbai | Mental Health
As a member of the Happiness team, you will play a key role in developing and executing the firm’s mental health strategy, managing budgeting and forecasting for well-being and DEI initiatives, and driving purpose-driven programs that foster an inclusive and psychologically safe workplace.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative mental health strategies, ideating and executing campaigns that promote well-being across the firm.
- Manage budgeting and forecasting for all initiatives under the Happiness umbrella, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Define and monitor KPIs to evaluate the impact of well-being initiatives.
- Conduct market scanning to stay abreast of mental health efforts undertaken by organizations in India, including initiatives adopted by Deloitte firms.
- Actively engage, collaborate, and coordinate with various teams across the organization to plan and execute priorities within agreed timelines.
- Liaise with external stakeholders as relevant to amplify impact and share best practices.
- Apply strategic, critical, and adaptive thinking by constantly questioning the status quo and analyzing data to draw meaningful insights and develop actionable plans.
- Lead communications related to mental health priorities and interventions, ensuring clear, consistent messaging to the organization.
Requirements:

- Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral

Qualifications:
- Post Graduation in HR, MSW, Psychology, or any relevant field.
- Minimum 3+ years of professional experience.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role focusing on mental health, well-being, or DEI is an added advantage.
