The Finance Operations team plays a critical role in supporting the organization's financial processes and timesheets by ensuring accuracy, control, and the timely execution of operational finance activities. The team works closely with Finance, Business, HR, and Operations stakeholders to manage reconciliations, payment processing, data integrity, and financial reporting support.

Your work profile
As an Assistant Manager in our Finance Operations team, you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with stakeholders across functions while ensuring the efficient execution of finance-related operational activities and controls.
A career in Finance Operations will provide exposure to payment processes, reconciliations, financial data management, process controls, and business support activities. The role will position you to support key finance operations activities, including:
- Create codes in the company timesheet system and synchronize and reconcile data across systems.
- Manage timesheets and oversee the synchronization and reconciliation of data between timekeeping systems. Liaise with employees and stakeholders to resolve timesheet-related issues.
- Raise, upload, and reconcile invoices.
- Perform financial and operational reconciliations across multiple systems to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Manage payment-related activities, including validation, tracking, follow-up, and resolution of outstanding transactions.
- Handle settlement and exit reconciliation processes, ensuring the timely closure of pending items.
- Maintain financial and operational datasets, conduct data quality checks, and resolve discrepancies.
- Support month-end and periodic financial close activities through reconciliations and data validation.
- Create and maintain customer, vendor, employee, or user records within finance and operational systems.
- Monitor transaction processing and ensure adherence to established controls and procedures.
- Develop dashboards and reports to support financial performance tracking and operational reviews.
- Collaborate with Finance, Operations, HR, and Business teams to resolve issues and improve process efficiency.
- Manage existing automations and identify opportunities for automation and process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and data governance standards.
- Support management with financial analysis, operational insights, and ad hoc reporting requirements.
Key skills required:
In order to be considered for the role, your competencies will cover the broad scope of business modelling services, leveraging your professional background and skills such as:
- 3 to 6 years of experience in Finance Operations, Financial Control, Reconciliations, Shared Services, or similar functions.
- Strong understanding of finance operations, payment processing, and reconciliation activities.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, validation, and analysis.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI for reporting, visualization, and dashboard development.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, Power Query, lookup functions, data transformation, and financial analysis.
- Experience in payment tracking, settlements, account reconciliation, and exception management.
- Strong understanding of financial controls, compliance, and operational risk management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
- Ability to work with large datasets and perform detailed financial analysis.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work within tight timelines.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, or similar platforms will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high-quality standards.
