- Expertise and prior work experience in technical accounting (either audit or advisory) is a must
- Industry work experience in financial reporting team would also be suitable provided either IND AS or IFRS is applicable
- Experience into Statutory audit of BFSI clients
- Must be able to apply relevant accounting standards, independently execute Ind AS engagements while also researching into complex technical accounting issues.
- Should have or should be able to prepare Ind AS/ IFRS/ US GAAP compliant financial statements including consolidated financial statements.
- Should demonstrate knowledge of applicable laws and regulations and keep up to date with new pronouncements relating to Ind AS/ IFRS/ US GAAP.
- Strong communication skills, team building capabilities, well versed with MS office too
