Your Work Profile 

As a Deputy Manager within the Cyber Strategy & Transformation team, you will lead and manage cybersecurity consulting engagements focused on cyber risk management, governance, compliance, and transformation initiatives. You will work closely with clients to identify and address cybersecurity risks, strengthen security posture, and deliver practical solutions aligned with business priorities and regulatory expectations. The role requires strong consulting capabilities, project management skills, and the ability to lead teams and manage stakeholder relationships. The role involves handling day-to-day operations, troubleshooting issues, onboarding accounts, and ensuring secure privileged access across the organization.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support CyberArk components including Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM, and PTA
  • Perform onboarding of privileged accounts (Windows, Unix, databases, network devices)
  • Handle password management lifecycle (rotation, reconciliation, verification)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve PAM-related incidents and service requests (L2 support)
  • Monitor CyberArk infrastructure health and perform performance tuning
  • Implement and manage Safe policies, platform configurations, and access controls
  • Support PSM session management and recording troubleshooting
  • Integrate CyberArk with LDAP/Active Directory and other enterprise applications
  • Assist in automation using REST APIs, PowerShell, or scripting
  • Perform log analysis and audit support for compliance requirements
  • Coordinate with L3 teams/vendors for complex issues and upgrades
  • Participate in DR activities, patching, and upgrades
  • Technical Skills Required:
  • Hands-on experience with CyberArk PAM Suite
  • Strong knowledge of:
  • Vault architecture
  • CPM policies and plugins
  • PSM/PSMP configuration
  • Experience with:
  • Windows & Linux administration
  • Active Directory & LDAP integration
  • Networking basics (ports, firewalls)
  • Scripting knowledge:
  • PowerShell / Python (preferred)
  • Privileged Identity Management (PIM) concepts
  • Security best practices and compliance (ISO 27001, SOX, etc.)

Certifications (Preferred):

  • CyberArk Certified Delivery Engineer (CDE)
  • CyberArk Defender / Sentry
  • Any cybersecurity certification (Security+, CEH, etc.)
