The team
The Enabling Areas – Information Technology team is responsible for building & maintaining different applications for Deloitte that focuses on providing employee experience.
Your work profile
Responsibilities:
- Ensure Operational Monitoring/Reporting/Functioning of: -
- Wireless, Routing & Switching infrastructure across Deloitte India Member Firm offices & datacenter.
- MPLS/WAN/LAN connectivity across Deloitte India Member Firm offices & datacenter
- Maintain enterprise network infrastructure & its operational performance, through appropriate technical network troubleshooting as needed.
- Liaise /Collaborate with Vendors/TAC/Support teams, for multi-platform & multi-vendor issues to identify problem, scope/responsibility, RCA/resolution & meet Incident/Problem management requirements.
- Supervise network infrastructure changes/patch deployment, version upgrades & fixes, to meet Vulnerability & Change management requirements.
- Collaborate with Deloitte Global/Peer/Business teams & provide support/assistance for network incidents/requests.
- Maintain network inventory, network documentation & MIS reports to meet Network operations processes/procedures.
Key skills required
- Experience in Network Infrastructure Operations.
- Experience in managing/supervising network support team.
- In-depth conceptual knowledge of Network Routing, Switching, Wireless & Security.
- Experience & hands-on with Cisco Routing/Switching/Wireless hardware platforms. Configuration/Troubleshooting Hands-on with ISR/ASR Routers, Nexus/Catalyst Switches & 98xx Series wireless controllers will be preferred.
- Conceptual knowledge for Enterprise Firewall (Site/VPN tunneling) & QoS Traffic Shaping in network environment.
- In-depth Knowledge of Network monitoring/reporting/troubleshooting tools. Hands-on Experience with Solarwinds Platform Monitoring, Troubleshooting & Advanced Reporting will be preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a team environment & as a team leader.
- Well versed with Network MIS & technical reports.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Desired qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent. Additional Cisco certifications will be preferred.
6+ Years of overall experience in enterprise/corporate network, with minimum 2 years in Large/Complex network environment.
