Your work profile
As an Asssiatnt Manager in our Mergers and Acquisitions Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -
• Knowledge and experience in handling AIFs Set-up (Domestic/IFSC GIFT City), post set-up AIF compliances, regulatory norms of SEBI, Fund Management Regulations, FEMA, FVCI set-up, compliances, Prevention of Money Laundering Act compliances and related operational matters etc.
• Experience of other financial service sector compliances such NBFCs, RBI Laws, Payment Laws, SEBI regulations and securities laws), if any, will be an added advantage.
• Experience in handling Mergers & Acquisition matters such as merger, de-merger, reconstruction etc., with NCLT and coordinating with related agencies.
• Familiarity with processes relating to Due Diligence/Health check
• Sound knowledge of secretarial compliances and filings under Corporate laws
Desired qualifications
- CS/LLB/LLM with 3-5 years of experience in M&A-Tax

- Base location: Mumbai
- This profile involves occasional travelling to client locations.
