Work you’ll do:
Within the Marketing, Brand, and Communications team your work will be aligned to the internal communications team. This entails ideation and execution of internal and social media campaigns for our change and business initiatives across internal channels.
Essentials:
· Being proactive with fresh ideas and taking ownership to execute campaigns
· Staying updated with the latest innovations and trends in internal and social media communications
· Comfort with producing short format format-friendly and engaging content from end-to-end
· Strong language skills, both verbal and written
· A good understanding of GenAI, CMS, SharePoint, and internal communication apps
· Strong skills in PowerPoint, Canva and any other creative tools to be able to support on visualising and creating periodic progress reports for the team
· Proactiveness in establishing a strong network within Deloitte
· High capacity for flexibility and tolerance for the unpredictable
Qualifications:
· A graduate degree in marketing, mass media, or similar fields is an advantage, as are additional certifications in digital marketing-related programs
· However, we are open to anyone with a creative bent of mind
Experience:
· Two to three years of relevant experience
· Freshers are most welcome if they can demonstrate their capabilities in the abovementioned areas
